Wills and Estate Planning

This presentation outlines what every adult in Texas needs in an estate plan. It offers an overview of charitable ideas within the estate plan.

Endowment Development

This presentation is primarily for Endowment Committees. It is designed to provide practical ideas to help develop a year-round plan to promote and develop an endowment fund and to foster planned gifts from the church membership.

Trustworthy, Praiseworthy

This program provides detailed examples of charitable trusts and other life income plans.

Creative Stewardship

This program explores new, innovative and proven ways to support your church and charities.

When Your Church Needs to Build

In this seminar we review the process of building new facilities and remodeling or expanding existing facilities. The United Methodist procedures as listed in the Book of Discipline are also reviewed. Other topics covered include: working with an architect, obtaining loans, managing capital fund campaigns and working hand in hand with the Texas Annual Conference Center for Congregational Excellence.

This personal financial seminar for clergy includes a discussion of clergy compensation and the United Methodist pension program.

This comprehensive course on Christian Stewardship is developed specifically for church leadership by the Heartspring Methodist Foundation. Part I is designed for clergy leadership, and Part II is for clergy and lay leaders together.
